At YNHDBF, we are committed to making your global fashion shopping experience perfect. We are well aware that when choosing clothes online, the size, color or style may not be satisfactory. Therefore, we have established a flexible and transparent global return and exchange policy to ensure that you still feel at ease and satisfied after receiving your goods.
Please read the following complete policy carefully before initiating returns and exchanges:
1. Return and exchange period: ⏳
No-reason return and exchange: Within 30 natural days from the date of your signature for the product, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a no-reason return and exchange. (Except for some special commodities)
Quality issue return and exchange: If the goods you receive have obvious quality problems (such as damage, severe stains, craftsmanship defects, or serious inconsistency with the description, etc.), please contact our customer service within 7 natural days after signing for the goods and provide clear evidence. We will handle it for you first.
2. Applicable return and exchange requirements ✅
In order for your return and exchange application to be processed smoothly, the returned goods must meet the following conditions:
* Product condition: Not worn, washed, ironed, soiled, contaminated with odors or damaged by human factors. The product must be kept brand new, unused, and the tag/label/original packaging intact and undamaged.
All accessories are complete: including but not limited to: tags, washing labels, original packaging boxes/bags, dust bags, belts, buttons (not removed), shoulder straps, gifts, labels, instruction manuals and all other accompanying items.
Original packaging: It is recommended to return the goods in the original packaging. If the original packaging is lost or severely damaged, please be sure to use strong and reliable packaging to properly protect the goods and prevent damage during transportation.
* Provide proof: You need to provide the original purchase order number and the valid return authorization information recognized by us (such as the return number RMA).
3. Non-returnable goods ❌
Due to hygiene, safety and the special nature of the products, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold, except for quality issues:
Close-fitting clothing: Underwear, underpants, socks, shapewear, swimsuits (except for those with the crotch protective film not removed, returns without the film can be accepted).
Personal hygieny-related products: such as home wear (if the label or tag is unsealed, it cannot be returned).
Accessories and accessories: earrings (for hygiene reasons), opened and used cosmetics/skin care products, custom-made/personalized items (such as embroidery, engraving).
Final Sale items: Items clearly marked as "Final Sale"/" Clearance Sale Special Offer "/" Discounted items non-refundable and non-exchangeable "on the product page.
Goods that affect secondary sales: such as damaged, worn, washed, soiled, missing tags/labels/packaging, incomplete accessories or goods that have exceeded the return and exchange period.
4. How to initiate a return or exchange? 🚚

5. Refund process and time limit 💳
Refund processing procedure:
We have received the goods you sent back.
Our quality inspection center will inspect the returned goods (which takes approximately 1 to 5 working days) to confirm that they meet the "commodity requirements" stipulated in this policy.
3. Quality inspection passed:
* Return: We will process the refund based on your original payment method.
* Exchange: We will dispatch the replacement goods as soon as possible (provided that the inventory status permits). If the exchange request cannot be met (such as out of stock, etc.), we will communicate with you about a refund or other solutions.
4. Failure of quality inspection: If the goods do not meet the return requirements, we will notify you by email. You can choose:
Please return the goods that meet the requirements at your own shipping cost.
* Do not return the goods (the items will be sent back to the address you provided or destroyed).
Negotiate a partial refund (subject to the condition of the product).
* Refund arrival time:
After the quality inspection is passed, the refund operation is usually completed within 3 to 7 working days.
The actual arrival time of the refund to your original payment account depends on the payment method you use and the processing speed of the bank/payment platform.
* Note: The refund amount is the actual payment for the goods (excluding the original shipping fee). If the return is due to quality issues or our responsibility, the original shipping fee can be refunded. For no-reason returns without quality issues, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
6. Special instructions for exchange 🔄
Inventory limit: The success of an exchange is directly determined by the real-time inventory status of the target item to be exchanged. If out of stock, you need to select other products or accept a refund.
Price difference processing:
If the price of the replaced item is lower than that of the original one, the difference will be refunded to your original payment account.
If the price of the replacement product is higher than that of the original one, you need to pay the difference (the customer service will communicate with you).
If the coupon/points used in the original order have expired or cannot be reused when applying for an exchange, the price difference will be settled based on the current product price.
Cross-border exchange: Due to customs restrictions, goods from warehouses in different countries usually cannot be directly exchanged. The exchange process may be equivalent to "return first and then repurchase". For specific operations, please consult customer service.
7. Notes for International Orders 🌍
Customs duty/Import tax:
Does the return shipping fee include customs duty? Under normal circumstances, the free return shipping labels we provide do not include the customs duties and taxes that may occur when the goods are re-imported to the original shipping country. These expenses need to be borne by you.
Refund of paid customs duties: If you paid the import customs duties at the time of your original purchase (i.e., selected the DDP service) and successfully completed the return, the portion of the customs duties you paid will be refunded in equal amounts to the final refund amount (it may be necessary to wait for the customs processing period, which will be slightly later than the refund of the goods). Please be sure to clearly state in the return authorization application that you have paid the import tax.
Return of Unpaid customs Duties (DDU) : If the package is returned by the customs due to the recipient's refusal to pay customs duties or other reasons, we will refund it upon receipt (possibly deducting the actual round-trip shipping fees and related taxes incurred).
* Return Address: Returned packages must be sent back to the international return center address specified in our policy (usually a regional warehouse, which may not be the shipping warehouse of your receiving address). This address will be clearly informed in the return authorization email.

* Suggested try-on: Before placing an order, please be sure to check the size chart and the model information/try-on suggestions on the product detail page. This will help reduce returns and exchanges due to size discrepancies.
* Keep vouchers: It is recommended to properly preserve the order number from placing the order to receiving the goods, payment vouchers, and logistics information for return.
* Complete packaging: Do not cut off the tag, remove the cleaning label or discard the packaging until you are satisfied!
